What families usually want to know
Can family members fly in the aircraft?
No. Dignified Destinations does not carry passengers for dispersal flights. If you would like to witness the event, we can arrange a specific time and location so family and friends can watch from the ground.
Can you scatter ashes anywhere in California?
We can serve destinations throughout California, provided the location complies with applicable laws and permissions. Ocean scatterings are conducted offshore as required, and land scatterings require permission from the property owner or controlling authority.
Do we receive proof that the dispersal was completed?
Yes. Families receive notification when the service is complete along with a certificate showing the date and location of the dispersal. In-flight video can also be added.
How quickly can a dispersal be arranged?
Timing depends on destination, weather, airspace, and scheduling, but we make every effort to provide prompt, personal attention and avoid unnecessary delays.
